We are seeking experienced US - IT Recruiters to join our growing team at our Noida office, located in Sector 135. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience in the IT industry and a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top tech talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, source, and screen candidates for IT positions using various channels.
• Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and understand their talent needs.
• Maintain recruitment databases and generate regular reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively during night shifts.
• Willing to work from our Noida office in Sector 135.
