Join Our Talent Acquisition Team in Noida (Sector 135)
We are seeking experienced US - IT Recruiters to join our growing team at our Noida office, located in Sector 135. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience in the IT industry and a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top tech talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and screen candidates for IT positions using various channels.
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Build relationships with hiring managers and understand their talent needs.
- Maintain recruitment databases and generate regular reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts.
- Willing to work from our Noida office in Sector 135.
