We are looking for an elite Talent Hunter to join our UK/EUROPE recruitment desk. This is not a role for "order takers" or CV processors. This role is for a specialist who understands that the best talent is found through unconventional sourcing and secured through direct, high-frequency phone engagement.

1. Phone-First Engagement
You possess an exceptional "phone-first" mentality. You understand that in a digital world, the phone is your most powerful tool to build rapport and influence. You prefer to pick up the phone to build a connection rather than send a generic InMail. Your success is driven by the volume and quality of your daily candidate conversations.
2. Unconventional Sourcing
You are a master of outbound talent acquisition. You move beyond standard job portals and LinkedIn, using X-ray searching, Boolean strings, and social engineering to find top-tier professionals who aren't looking to be found.
3. High-Velocity Flow
You operate at a high cadence, maintaining the stamina to handle enormous volumes of candidate interactions without compromising on quality. You are responsible for generating a massive, high-quality candidate flow at lightning speed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Active Talent Hunting: Execute high-frequency outreach and maintain a constant pulse on the market through direct engagement with passive talent.
- Pipeline Generation: Rapidly build and convert a massive volume of candidates to ensure hiring managers always have a "ready-now" shortlist.
- Market Mapping: Use unconventional sourcing methods to map out competitors and "hidden" talent pools across the UK and Europe.
- Rapid Qualification: Conduct high-cadence screenings to assess technical fit, cultural alignment, and motivation, turning "no" into "interested."
- Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a strategic consultant to the business, providing real-time market insights and ensuring a seamless, high-quality candidate experience.
What You Bring to the Table:
- The "Hunter" Instinct: 1–3 years of success in a recruitment role, with a heavy emphasis on outbound-first sourcing.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative sourcing tools (GitHub, specialized forums, social media).
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in HR.
- High Stamina: A proven track record of maintaining high-activity KPIs and operating effectively in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment.
- Influence: The ability to sell a vision and open doors with elite candidates who aren't active job seekers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience hiring within competitive sectors like IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, or FMCG.
- A background in high-volume, high-velocity agency recruitment or fast-growth startups.
