Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist (UK/Europe)
Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai
Job Type: Full-time / Permanent
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across the UK and European markets. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across multiple functions while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and compliance with regional hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for UK and European roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
- Create and publish job advertisements across recruitment platforms and social media.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
- Ensure compliance with UK and European employment regulations, GDPR, and company hiring policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience hiring across the UK and/or European markets or USA.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation abilities.
- Understanding of GDPR and regional employment practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for multiple countries within Europe.
- Knowledge of visa sponsorship or international hiring processes.
- Certification in HR or recruitment is a plus.
