Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership Talent Acquisition Specialist who will drive end-to-end hiring for sales roles, particularly inside sales and business development roles.
This role requires someone who understands high-volume sales hiring, can move fast, build strong pipelines, and partner closely with business leaders to close positions quickly without compromising on quality.
Key Responsiblities:
Sales Hiring Ownership
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for inside sales and business development roles
- Manage high-volume hiring pipelines across sales teams
- Ensure positions are closed within defined SLA timelines
Sourcing & Pipeline Building
- Build strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and campus hiring
- Identify candidates with strong sales aptitude and communication skills
- Proactively create talent pools for recurring roles
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with sales leaders and hiring managers
- Understand role expectations, targets, and success metrics
- Provide market insights and hiring updates
Candidate Experience
- Ensure a fast, structured, and positive hiring experience
- Maintain clear communication with candidates through the hiring journey
Recruitment Operations
- Track hiring metrics including
- time-to-hire
- offer acceptance
- interview-to-offer ratio
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and hiring dashboards
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Proven experience in sales hiring / inside sales hiring is mandatory
- Experience hiring for high-growth startups or B2B sales teams is a strong advantage
