We are looking for a proactive and experienced
Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across European markets. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, hands-on sourcing experience, and a deep understanding of EU hiring practices. This role requires the ability to identify, engage, and manage high-quality talent across both technical and non-technical domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify candidates for open roles across European markets
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases for active sourcing
- Conduct initial screening and candidate assessments
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring strategies
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive hiring experience
- Track sourcing metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing
- Prior experience working on EU-based hiring requirements (mandatory)
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technical recruitment (IT, Engineering, Automotive, Design)
- Exposure to both contract and permanent hiring
- Understanding of EU hiring practices and candidate expectations
