Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary discussion, and onboarding. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
- Use advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, social media platforms, job boards, networking, and professional communities.
- Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other sourcing tools.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, timelines, and candidate expectations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as candidate pipeline, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring progress.
- Evaluate candidate profiles against role requirements and maintain candidate data in ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Maintain strong communication with candidates and stakeholders to ensure a positive hiring experience.
- Manage multiple hiring requirements while maintaining high service levels and reporting standards.
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong experience in sourcing and full-cycle recruiting.
- Hands-on experience with advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
- Experience recruiting for multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Experience tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics and reports.
Good to Have
- Experience using ATS systems.
- Knowledge of Zoho and ServiceNow.
- Understanding of HCM modules for candidate data updates, reporting, and dashboards.
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, or reporting tools.
