Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists with a strong background in localization and multilingual hiring to support the business. The role will focus on identifying, engaging, and onboarding linguists, language experts, and subject matter specialists across multiple geographies and languages.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing high-volume recruitment pipelines and supporting AI-related multilingual programs that require rapid scaling of language talent.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and recruit freelance linguists, language specialists, and subject matter experts across multiple languages and regions.

· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of multilingual freelancers.

· Manage large-scale recruitment initiatives requiring rapid onboarding of freelancers.

· Ensure timely fulfillment of multilingual talent requirements for ongoing and upcoming programs.

· Support hiring initiatives for AI-driven multilingual programs requiring specialized language talent.

· Coordinate recruitment of freelance language experts who can support AI-related data and language initiatives.

· Conduct candidate screening and initial assessments.

· Track freelancers availability, expertise, and engagement history.

Required Experience:

· 4–6 years of experience in freelance hiring within localization industry.

· Experience supporting AI-related hiring initiatives or large-scale language talent programs

· Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment campaigns
