ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive hiring across our fast-growing beauty and cosmetics business. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and closing top talent across marketing, e-commerce, creative, and corporate functions while ensuring speed, quality, and cultural fit
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. TALENT ACQUISITION & HIRING Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing → screening → closing) Hire across Marketing, Influencer, E-commerce, Operations & Creative teams Build strong pipelines within the beauty & cosmetics industry
2. STRATEGIC HIRING & PLANNING Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning Maintain hiring speed while ensuring quality candidates
3. SOURCING & NETWORK BUILDING Leverage LinkedIn, job portals, and industry networks Build strong candidate databases specifically in FMCG beauty space
4. EMPLOYER BRANDING Strengthen hiring presence across LinkedIn & recruitment platforms Position Shills Professional as a top employer in beauty industry
5. CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE Ensure a smooth and premium candidate journey Maintain strong communication and engagement throughout hiring
6. ANALYTICS & REPORTING Track hiring metrics (closure rate, time-to-hire, quality of hire) Deliver insights and improve recruitment efficiency
MANDATORY (STRICT REQUIREMENTS):
4-10 years of Talent Acquisition experience
Experience in Beauty / Cosmetics / FMCG industry is COMPULSORY
Mumbai-based candidates only (On-site role)
Strong sourcing network within beauty industry
