About the Role
We are looking for an Associate – Talent Acquisition (Tech,Product,Marketing) to join the Leap Scholar team. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring activities and partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and quality hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage effective hiring and selection process
- Drive end-to-end recruitment cycles with a strong understanding of sourcing through referrals, job portals, and recruitment vendors.
- Manage recruitment activities from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, follow-ups, and successful onboarding.
- Conduct thorough pre-screening and candidate assessment
- Coordinate with interviewers to ensure quick turnaround times and a smooth candidate experience
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of proven experience in non-technical recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Strong organizational abilities with high attention to detail
- Effective stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skill
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
