- Compensation: Fixed CTC – 5 LPA + Performance Based Incentives
What you'll be doing:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for non-sales roles across product, tech, ops, marketing, and other functions.
- Proactively headhunt and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean search, and talent mapping.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future non-sales hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers across departments to understand role requirements and deliver quality hires|
What we're looking for:
- 1–2 years of recruitment experience with a focus on non-sales roles
- Proven headhunting ability in passive sourcing, cold outreach, talent mapping
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and referrals
- Experience hiring for tech, ops, marketing, or product functions
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and stakeholders simultaneously
- Prior experience in EdTech, startup, or high-growth company is a strong plus
