Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non IT/Cosmetic/D2C) will manage end-to-end hiring for roles across functions such as marketing, operations, product, and supply chain in the beauty and D2C space. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, and maintaining strong candidate pipelines. The specialist will coordinate and conduct interviews, manage assessments, and ensure a structured and fair evaluation process. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment dashboards, driving employer branding initiatives, maintaining an excellent candidate experience, and supporting onboarding activities. The role requires close collaboration with HR and business leaders to ensure timely, high-quality hiring that aligns with company culture and growth plans.
Qualifications
- Strong full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting skills across non-IT, cosmetic, and D2C roles.
- Proficiency in interviewing and structured assessment methods to evaluate candidates fairly and effectively.
- Experience in hiring strategies and workforce planning to meet business growth needs.
- Exposure to employer branding initiatives and talent marketing to attract high-quality candidates.
- Relevant experience in FMCG, beauty, personal care, or D2C organizations is highly beneficial.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, communicate clearly, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort with recruitment tools, ATS, and HR systems.
