Role Description
This full-time remote Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern role involves supporting the recruitment process from start to finish. Key responsibilities include identifying hiring needs, sourcing and attracting candidates through multiple channels, conducting interviews, and promoting employer branding. The intern will work closely with the HR team to ensure an efficient and seamless hiring process while contributing to the company’s talent strategy.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and expertise in identifying sourcing strategies
- Experience in Hiring and Recruiting processes, including understanding talent pipelines
- Strong skills in conducting Interviews and facilitating effective candidate evaluations
- Knowledge of Employer Branding and strategies to attract top talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
