Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist -Intern/ US IT Recruiter
Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai, TN (Onsite only)
Shift: US Shift, 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday
Job Description:
- Looking for freshers interested in starting a career in US IT recruitment
- Must have good communication skills (spoken and written)
- Willing to work night shifts (US timings)
- Basic knowledge or interest in IT and recruitment is a plus
- Training will be provided on tools, recruitment process, and US terms like W2, 1099, etc.
- Must be eager to learn, hardworking, and a good team player
· Leverage technical knowledge to understand and articulate requirements for IT roles.
· Utilize sourcing techniques, including social media and Boolean search, to identify qualified candidates.
· Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or MBA in a relevant field.
- Strong communication skills, dedication, and a team-oriented mindset.
