Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various roles. This position provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring processes and HR operations.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media
platforms, internal databases, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate trackers, interview feedback, and hiring dashboards.
• Assist in conducting walk-in drives, campus hiring, and bulk recruitment activities.
• Ensure outstanding candidate experience by providing timely updates and communication.
Core Competencies & Qualifications
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Exposure & Learning Outcomes
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment cycles.
• Practical knowledge of interview coordination, sourcing techniques, and candidate management.
• Certificate of Completion on successful completion of Internship
