About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruitment Specialist Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship provides hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and employer branding activities.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for HR and recruitment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in job posting and employer branding initiatives.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Support onboarding activities for selected candidates.
- Achieve weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and online recruitment platforms.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or related fields.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior internship experience in recruitment or HR is a plus but not mandatory.
