LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH TECHNICAL RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE ONLY
Office: Gurgaon Sec 44 (walking distance from Huda Metro)
Working days: 5 days/week
Work model: 2-3 days/week in office
In hand salary: 30,000 - 45,000 INR/month + incentives on closing positions
We are looking for a sharp, high-ownership technical recruiter who can take charge of sourcing and closing candidates for IT services roles. You will work directly with vendors and candidates to ensure strong pipelines, zero drop-offs, and high offer-to-join ratios.
What you’ll do
- Source and screen candidates as per defined JDs and filters
- Ensure follow-through across all steps: CVs, interviews, offers, joining
- Manage and improve recruitment trackers (Excel, Airtable)
What we’re looking for
- minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in tech recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Pro in operating RESDEX in Naukri and Linkedin Job posting
- Experience of working in Staffing and Recruiting environment is preferred
