The OpportunityWe are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent. This is an exciting opportunity to influence recruitment strategy, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and partner with hiring managers to ensure our teams are equipped with the right skills to succeed.
You will have the opportunity to lead high-impact recruitment campaigns and be a key contributor to the future growth of Holcim.
What You’ll Be Doing- Stakeholder Management: Partnering with hiring managers to deliver a seamless recruitment experience and ensure key talent needs are met.
- Employer Branding: Creating on-brand job adverts and social media campaigns, and using proactive sourcing methods to attract top talent.
- Candidate Evaluation: Leading first-stage candidate screening and shortlisting to support hiring managers in making informed decisions.
- Volume Recruitment: Developing and delivering recruitment strategies for high-volume campaigns.
