Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fresher). The specialist will support recruitment efforts, manage the end-to-end hiring process, and enhance the organization's employer branding initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and engaging with potential candidates, conducting interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and building relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
• Experience in Hiring and Recruiting processes to identify top talent and staff organizational needs
• Basic understanding of Employer Branding to enhance the organization's image and attract potential candidates
• Demonstrated ability in Interviewing and evaluating candidates for role alignment
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
