About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead hiring for non-sales functions, with a strong focus on marketing and corporate roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, team management, and strategic sourcing for niche and tech-driven requirements.
This role requires someone who can independently drive hiring, mentor recruiters, manage stakeholder expectations, and build strong sourcing pipelines across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities
- has experience in managing a team of recruiters (minimum team handling experience of 3 to 5 members required).
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for non-sales roles including:
- Marketing
- Performance Marketing
- Content & Creative
- Product Marketing
- HR & Operations
- Tech and other corporate functions
- Handle stakeholder management with hiring managers and department heads.
- Create sourcing strategies for niche and difficult-to-close positions.
- Mentor and train recruiters on sourcing, screening, and candidate management.
- Ensure team hiring targets, TATs, and quality metrics are consistently achieved.
- Use multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, job portals, and social hiring.
- Manage interview coordination, offer rollouts, and candidate experience.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring dashboards.
- Build and improve recruitment processes for better efficiency and quality hiring.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience with strong exposure to non-sales hiring.
- Mandatory experience in managing a recruitment team of at least 8 members.
- Strong experience in tech sourcing and niche talent mapping.
- Proven expertise in hiring for marketing and corporate roles.
- Excellent understanding of sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Experience in high-volume as well as niche hiring is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in startup or fast-growing environments is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
