We're scaling fast and looking for a TA specialist who knows what bulk academic counsellor hiring actually looks like. If you've built counsellor pipelines from scratch, screened hundreds of candidates under pressure, and still made great hires — this role is for you. Role Details
Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi
Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 5.5 days/week What You'll Own Drive end-to-end hiring for academic counsellors and other EdTech roles — from sourcing to onboarding Partner closely with business heads to define role requirements, competencies, and success metrics Build high-volume pipelines via job portals, social media, referrals, and campus channels Screen, shortlist, and conduct first-round interviews at pace — without compromising quality Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer negotiations Maintain a warm talent pipeline for repeat and future counsellor hiring cycles Own recruitment MIS — trackers, TAT reports, funnel data, and hiring dashboards You're a Great Fit If ⚠️ Ed-tech hiring experience is non-negotiable.
