Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Creative & Marketing Hiring). The incumbent will lead the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for creative and marketing roles. Key responsibilities include developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing full-life cycle recruiting, collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, conducting interviews, identifying top talent, and enhancing the employer brand to attract high-quality candidates. The position demands a proactive approach to ensuring the delivery of a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Experience in Employer Branding and Recruiting for creative and marketing roles.
- Strong Interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse talent pools.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in creative or marketing recruitment is a strong advantage.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a passion for identifying and nurturing unique talent in the creative industry.
