We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Hiring Manager to be part of our talent acquisition team for BIM (Building Information Modeling) vertical. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience hiring for BIM roles and a strong understanding of AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) domain requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for BIM roles including:
- BIM Modelers
- BIM Coordinators
- BIM Managers
- Architects & Structural Engineers (BIM-based)
- Partner with business leaders to understand project requirements and workforce planning.
- Develop and execute hiring strategies specific to BIM and AEC talent pools.
- Source candidates through multiple channels:
- Job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks
- Screen and assess candidates based on:
- Technical BIM skills (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.)
- Project experience and domain knowledge
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure timely closures of open positions.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, and quality of hire.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of BIM professionals for future requirements.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2–3 years focused on BIM/AEC hiring.
- Experience hiring for international projects (US/Singapore) is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Attributes
- Prior experience in an engineering consulting, BIM services, or construction tech company.
- Strong professional network within the BIM industry.
