Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, designing and executing employer branding initiatives, and conducting interviews to identify and secure top talent for the organization. The specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and fulfill the company's recruitment goals efficiently and effectively.
How you will make an impact:
Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
- Build and manage talent pipelines for critical roles across functions.
- Ensure a strong candidate experience aligned with Zyla’s culture and values.
- Explore new channels, tools, and partnerships to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
HR Operations (30%)
- Support employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
- Assist with HRIS management, data accuracy, and reporting.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
- Support payroll inputs, compliance, and other operational requirements.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
We are looking for people who:
- 1–4 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to end-to-end talent acquisition.
- Prior experience in HR operations is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
