Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune Division for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The position involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, and driving employer branding strategies. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with department managers, coordinate interviews, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and end-to-end talent acquisition processes
- Proficiency in Hiring strategies and Employer Branding initiatives
- Strong skills in Interviewing techniques and evaluating candidates
- Expertise in Recruiting methods and sourcing top talent
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR technologies is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
