Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Design and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and creative talent channels.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role expectations, and team requirements.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process to minimize drop-offs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring reports with accuracy and consistency.
- Drive employer branding and recruitment engagement initiatives.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hire.
- Support proactive pipeline building and workforce planning initiatives.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and pre-joining engagement.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, campus drives, and hiring events.
What We Are Looking For
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and hiring metrics.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and recruitment tracking tools.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and candidate database management.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

- Experience working in startup environments.
- Exposure to hiring within mental health, wellness, education, or consulting domains.
