About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior/Lead Technical Recruiter to drive end‑to‑end hiring for complex and niche technology roles. The role demands strong stakeholder management, deep understanding of the tech hiring market, and the ability to deliver quality talent in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full‑cycle recruitment for technical roles across engineering, data, and niche skill areas
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, priorities, and delivery timelines
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and direct sourcing
- Screen candidates for technical fit, communication, and role alignment
- Manage candidate experience from initial outreach to offer closure
- Provide market insights, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability feedback to stakeholders
- Handle hiring manager expectations and pushbacks using data and market realities
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and MIS
Skills & Experience Required
- 5+ years of experience in IT / Technical Recruitment
- Strong exposure to hiring for roles such as Full Stack, Backend, Frontend, QA, Data, Cloud, or similar tech skills
- Experience working on niche or low‑availability skill sets
- Proven stakeholder and client-facing recruitment experience
- Ability to balance quality hiring with aggressive timelines
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, and job portals

- Experience hiring for consulting, product, or high-growth tech environments
- Exposure to AI-assisted sourcing, screening, or recruitment tools
