Role Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment for our global enterprise software company. This role supports hiring across North America, APAC, and EMEA, requiring flexibility to work across time zones, strong operational efficiency with a consultative approach, and a data-driven mindset focused on continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management across all regions and job levels
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements, create job profiles, and establish hiring criteria
- Manage requisition postings with accurate job information, relevant screening questions, and clearly defined compensation and benefits
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing & relationship management using job boards, social networks, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and direct outreach
- Implement efficient processes that balance thoroughness with speed-to-hire in competitive markets
- Coordinate background verification process and ensure seamless system integration
- Capture, track, and utilize key hiring metrics to continuously improve recruiting effectiveness, including:
- Time-to-fill
- Manager satisfaction
- New hire satisfaction
- False starts
- Offer acceptance rates
- Provide weekly pipeline reports (status, interviews, offers, blockers)
- Deliver data-driven recommendations on talent acquisition trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Maintain accurate, real-time candidate data in ADP Workforce Now (ATS) throughout hiring lifecycle
- Ensure recruitment compliance with regional employment regulations and company hiring standards
- Proactively escalate roadblocks and communicate delays to stakeholders
- Support broader HR team initiatives, projects, and operations
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 to 7 years full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- 2 years minimum experience recruiting for corporate direct hire
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Expert proficiency with ADP Workforce Now (ATS/HRIS) or similar
- Knowledge of India employment compliance laws
- Advanced sourcing skills including LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Boolean search techniques
- Strong MS Excel and data analysis capabilities for metrics tracking
- Strong operational efficiency with a consultative approach to recruitment partnerships
- Demonstrated ability to capture and utilize metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive process optimization
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability for recruiting in diverse, global environments
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proactive communicator who escalates issues before they become problems
- Operates autonomously with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
- Strategic prioritization focused on business-critical work
- A collaborative team player who is receptive to feedback and implements it promptly
- Professional approach aligned with corporate recruiting standards
- Located in Hyderabad or willing to relocate within 60 days of starting date
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience recruiting for US-based roles, including familiarity with US employment compliance
- EMEA recruiting experience or familiarity with EMEA employment regulations
- Onboarding experience, including ownership of the new hire experience from offer acceptance through first 60 days
- Offboarding process management experience
Role Details
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Location: Hyderabad, India (in-office presence required for meetings, interviews, and onboarding activities). Candidates must be in Hyderabad or willing to relocate within 60 days of starting date
- Reporting To: Senior Manager, Human Resources
- Schedule: Flexibility required to accommodate US business hours based on requisition load
