Key Responsibilities:
● Support end-to-end recruitment operations including stakeholder (internal & external) management, and interview coordination for Tech and Non-Tech roles
● Coordinate with external recruitment consultants and vendors to manage candidate submissions, and interview scheduling
● Support campus hiring initiatives, recruitment drives, walk-ins, and fresher hiring programs
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, trackers, and ATS data
● Assist in offer rollouts, documentation, background verification coordination, and pre- joining engagement
● Support recruitment operations, process documentation, and adherence to internal hiring policies and compliance standards
● Contribute to employer branding initiatives, talent pipeline development, and recruitment analytics
Required Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (MBA preferred)
● 0–1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment is a plus
● Strong written and verbal communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
● Experience in working with external recruitment consultants and internal hiring stakeholders is a plus
● Familiarity with job portals, sourcing techniques, and Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus
● Proficiency in MS Office Suite and recruitment tracking tools
● High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive learning mindset
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative work environment
