Role Overview:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist to support ongoing marketing talent hiring mandates. This role is focused on proactively identifying, engaging, and vetting high-quality candidates across marketing functions including digital, brand, growth, performance, and product marketing. You will work closely with internal recruiters and leadership to build strong pipelines of relevant talent and ensure high-quality candidate shortlists.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing & Mapping
- Identify and source candidates for marketing roles across industries and seniority levels
- Conduct market mapping and talent landscape research
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for active and future mandates
2. Candidate Outreach & Engagement
- Reach out to potential candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, databases, etc.)
- Craft personalized outreach messages to improve response rates
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and engagement
3. Candidate Screening & Vetting
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess: Functional expertise in marketing (digital, growth, brand, etc.)
- Role relevance and achievements
- Cultural and organizational fit
- Evaluate candidate motivations, compensation expectations, and availability
4. Shortlisting & Reporting
- Present qualified candidate shortlists with structured insights
- Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing trackers
- Provide regular updates on pipeline status and sourcing progress
5. Collaboration
- Work closely with internal consultants and hiring leads
- Align on role requirements, target companies, and candidate profiles
- Share market insights and talent trends
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment sourcing, preferably for marketing roles
- Strong understanding of marketing functions:
- Digital Marketing
- Performance/Growth Marketing
- Brand & Content
- Product Marketing
- Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills
- Strong screening and evaluation capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in executive search or boutique recruitment firms
- Prior exposure to hiring for startups, consumer brands, or digital-first companies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-quality delivery environment
