Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead / Specialist – Gold Loans
Location: Corporate Office, Bengaluru
Role Overview
Vistaar is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition professional at the Lead / Specialist level to support rapid business expansion through branch rollouts across India, with a strong focus on Southern markets. This role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across levels—from entry-level frontline staff to Regional Heads—ensuring timely and quality hiring aligned with business growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle hiring for roles ranging from:
- Branch executives / relationship officers
- Branch managers
- Area / cluster managers
- Regional heads
- Drive sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
2. Mass & Strategic Hiring for Branch Expansion
- Lead hiring for new branch setups across India (primarily South India: Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala).
- Build strong pipelines for bulk hiring and niche leadership roles simultaneously.
3. Industry-Specific Talent Mapping
- Develop talent networks within the gold loan / gold mortgage industry.
- Identify and map talent from key competitors and regional players.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with business leaders, regional heads, and HR business partners to understand manpower planning needs.
- Act as a recruitment advisor for southern region hiring strategies.
5. Sourcing Strategy & Execution
- Leverage multiple channels: referrals, job portals, vendor partnerships, and direct sourcing.
- Drive innovative sourcing approaches for hard-to-fill roles in remote or emerging markets.
6. Vendor & Agency Management
- Manage and optimize relationships with recruitment agencies for scale hiring.
- Ensure cost-effective and quality-driven vendor performance.
7. Data & Reporting
- Track hiring metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, source effectiveness.
- Provide regular MIS and insights to leadership.
Candidate Profile
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within an Indian Gold Loan / Gold Mortgage organization.
- Proven experience hiring across multiple levels (entry-level to senior leadership).
- Strong exposure to branch expansion / multi-location hiring.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience handling multi-state hiring in South India (preferably more than one southern state).
- Strong understanding of gold loan business roles, structures, and talent landscape.
- Ability to manage both volume hiring and leadership hiring.
