📍 Position: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition (Non-IT Hiring)
📍 Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office
💼 Experience: 1–4 Years
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across multiple industries.
✔ Understand client requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
✔ Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
✔ Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
✔ Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
✔ Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
✔ Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding.
✔ Build and maintain a strong candidate database and talent pipeline.
✔ Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and ensure timely updates.
✔ Achieve hiring targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time (TAT).
✔ Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure an excellent hiring experience.
✅ What We're Looking For:
✔ 1–4 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
✔ Strong sourcing and screening skills.
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
✔ Experience working with recruitment portals and LinkedIn sourcing is preferred.
⚡ Immediate to 20 days joiners will be preferred.
