𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞: 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐜𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 – 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐏𝐂 (𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫)
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐚𝐢
Education: Any degree with MBA (Full-time MBA preferred)
Experience : 8 to 12 years in talent acquisition with strong Water, EPC, Energy, or Infrastructure exposure
𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐄𝐏𝐂, 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐎𝐢𝐥 & 𝐆𝐚𝐬, 𝐨𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲.
You will support and drive hiring for the India cluster across India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Singapore and other key regions. The role will cover engineering, project, and corporate hiring while partnering closely with business stakeholders to deliver hiring outcomes.
𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞
• Proven experience hiring across India and APAC markets
• Experience hiring for EPC, Construction, Oil & Gas, or Infrastructure domains is mandatory
• Track record in closing niche engineering roles
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Data-driven approach with focus on time to hire, quality, and cost
• Experience building pipelines, sourcing strategies, and vendor coordination
• Hands-on with ATS, dashboards, and market mapping
• Immediate joiners are most welcome
