Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Gurugram. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of recruiting to ensure a seamless hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will develop and implement employer branding strategies, conduct interviews, maintain a pipeline of top talent, collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, and build strong relationships across the organization to fulfill staffing requirements.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
- 2+ Years of experience in non-IT hiring.
- Proficiency in Recruiting practices and talent identification strategies
- Experience in Employer Branding to attract top-quality candidates
- Strong Interviewing skills, with the ability to evaluate candidates effectively
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Bachelor's/master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
