We are looking for a high-impact recruiter who can navigate niche tech landscapes and partner directly with the stakeholders to build a world-class organisation. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, focusing on maintaining a high bar while hiring for tech & non-tech roles. This role is perfect for someone who has thrived in a high-volume agency environment but is ready to take deep ownership within a fast-moving startup, leveraging AI and modern tools to drive efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring a high quality of hire and adherence to strict timelines.
- Founder and Stakeholder Partnership: Work directly with founders and key stakeholders to define role requirements, calibrate profiles, and provide market insights.
- Strategic Sourcing: Hunt for niche tech talent (AI/ML, backend, and security) and non-tech professionals using advanced sourcing techniques.
- AI and Tool Optimisation: Leverage AI tools to the best of your capability to automate workflows, optimise candidate outreach, and streamline the screening process.
- Volume and Velocity: Utilise your agency-driven mindset to manage volume hiring without compromising on the quality of the candidate experience.
Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years of recruitment experience, specifically featuring a strong background in agency environments with a focus on volume and niche tech hiring.
- Tech Literacy: Ability to understand and vet candidates for complex tech roles while also closing non-tech roles effectively.
- Efficiency: A proven ability to close roles fast while maintaining a high bar for quality and excellence.
- Tool Savvy: Expert proficiency in multiple recruitment tools and a passion for leveraging AI to gain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
- Agility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced growth phase where flexibility and speed are paramount.
