Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Ahmedabad. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing full-life cycle recruiting, developing and maintaining employer branding, identifying and sourcing potential candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing hiring processes. The role will collaborate with management to ensure recruitment strategies align with organizational goals and help to attract top talent.

- Strong skills in Conducting Interviews and Candidate Selection
- Knowledge of Hiring Processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
