Role Description
This full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role is based in Bengaluru. The position involves managing the full life cycle of recruitment processes, engaging with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, and facilitating interviews. Additional responsibilities include implementing employer branding initiatives and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates to build a robust talent pipeline. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying and hiring top talent aligned with the company’s goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
- Strong skills in Interviewing and effectively sourcing top-tier talent
- Experience in Employer Branding and Recruitment Strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other stakeholders
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the construction or design industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
