Job Title: HR – Talent Acquisition Specialist (Digital Marketing & Tech Development)
Location: Jaipur / Department: Human Resources / Reports To: Management
Employment Type: Full-time / Exp - 1 to 3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers/Executives/Experts to understand current and future hiring needs in digital marketing and tech development teams.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, onboarding, leaving, Notice period, and events.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, campus recruitment, and employee referrals.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for niche required role.
- Conduct training sessions to upskill employees and assess candidates' technical and soft skills.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process and maintain the Attendance calculation records and other records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in HR is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on hiring for digital and technology roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and tech industry trends and job functions.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and social recruiting.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in a tech/startup environment.
- Technical screening capability and understanding of programming languages and digital tools.
