Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist – Corporate Talent Partner with 5+ years of experience in in-house recruitment.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring for internal business functions, partnering closely with leadership and stakeholders to attract and hire top talent across India and global operations. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in stakeholder management, sourcing strategy, and delivering quality hires in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for internal (in-house) roles
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring plans
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and professional networks
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates aligned with role and organizational requirements
- Drive interview coordination, feedback management, and hiring decisions
- Lead offer discussions, compensation negotiations, and onboarding processes
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent for current and future needs
- Ensure timely closures with a focus on quality and candidate experience
- Support hiring across multiple functions including technical and non-technical domains
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house/corporate hiring)
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for internal roles
- Exposure to hiring across IT and Non-IT functions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms
- Excellent coordination, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting hiring for India and global teams
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
- Prior experience in a corporate or product-based organization
