**Role Summary:**
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging top-tier IT talent, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, from understanding job requirements to onboarding new hires.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, professional networks, and industry events to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, technical and behavioral interviews, and coordinate subsequent interview stages with hiring managers.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, define role specifications, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data and streamline recruitment processes.
- Develop and promote employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's presence in the IT talent market.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze sourcing effectiveness, and recommend process improvements for efficiency and quality of hire.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, especially within the IT sector, to attract high-caliber candidates.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, specifically within the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview processes, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and internal teams effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of IT roles, skills, and industry trends to identify suitable candidates efficiently.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Prior experience with employer branding initiatives and social media recruitment strategies.
- Certification in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of advanced sourcing tools and platforms to enhance candidate outreach.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt to changing priorities.
