Job Summary:

Teamware Solutions is looking for an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter with 2 to 5 years of experience in IT staffing and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, and talent acquisition for domestic IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for domestic IT hiring requirements.
• Work on Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and permanent IT staffing roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and professional networks.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and client requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure timely closure of positions and meet recruitment targets.

Required Skills :

• Experience in Domestic IT Recruitment and IT Staffing.
• Hands-on experience with C2H hiring.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Good experience in candidate sourcing and talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in using Job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
