About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition professional who will drive end-to-end hiring, build strong talent pipelines, and partner closely with business leaders to attract high-quality talent aligned with our growth goals.
This role requires a mix of execution excellence, stakeholder management, and strong market mapping capability.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Understand role requirements and create clear job descriptions
- Develop sourcing strategies across job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate assessment processes
- Drive offer negotiations and ensure smooth closure
🔹 Stakeholder Management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning
- Advise on market availability, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategy
- Provide regular hiring updates and pipeline reports
🔹 Talent Pipeline & Market Mapping
- Build proactive talent pools for critical roles
- Conduct competitor and industry mapping
- Maintain structured candidate database
🔹 Employer Branding
- Support employer branding initiatives
- Improve candidate experience and engagement
- Represent the company at career events when required
🔹 Recruitment Analytics
- Track KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, conversion ratios)
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes
- Maintain accurate ATS records
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Data-driven mindset
