Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who'll be responsible for the following,
Technical Competencies (Nature / type of technical proficiency required to execute this role)
Proficient in the methods and instruments of recruitment
Hands-on knowledge on MS word
Knowledge of Success Factor will be desirous
Responsibilities:
End to end recruitment
Collaborating with hiring managers and department heads to understand the staffing needs.
Reviewing job descriptions and requirements aligning with the hiring managers.
Actively sourcing the candidates based on set parameters and actively carrying out end to end recruitment process - Applicant management, screening & sourcing resumes, coordination of interviews, negotiating and preparing final offer
Maintenance of personnel files of new recruits
Onboarding activities, Preparing contracts, employee bond, arranging induction.
HR Operations
Supporting reporting managers with time-records of temporary resources and get it validated
Processing Temporary resource’s invoices
Coordination for Training activities
Support in arranging employee engagement activities
Assist in other departmental activities as needed
Behavioral Competencies (Nature / type of behavioral competencies required to execute this role
High service orientation and good communication skills
Team player with organizational skills and a high level of commitment
Enjoy working proactively and independently
Reliability, accuracy, high sense of responsibility, confidentiality when dealing with personal data.
Experience : HR professional with relevant three years of professional experience preferably in manufacturing industry Broad specialist knowledge and experience in recruitment.
Education Background : Postgraduate in HR or equivalent Graduate with higher relevant experience may also apply.
