We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team and help build high-quality talent for our growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions.
- Understand business requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, etc.) and share regular reports.
- Support employer branding activities on professional platforms.
- Coordinate with HR for offer release and onboarding support.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Proven ability to hire for mid to senior roles, preferably in Global Mobility, Relocation, Immigration, Logistics, or Service industries.
- Strong expertise in sourcing passive candidates (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment norms.
- Ability to handle multiple positions while maintaining quality of hire.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
