Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with managers to identify staffing needs, building strong employer branding initiatives, coordinating interviews, and maintaining a talent pipeline to meet dynamic workforce demands.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes, with the ability to identify and attract top talent.
- Strong skills in Interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
- Experience in Hiring and building diverse and inclusive teams.
- Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies to enhance the organization's image and reputation in the job market.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and HR software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
