Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a vital role in identifying and recruiting top talent to support the company's growth and success. Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing and implementing employer branding strategies, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, India, with the flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Proficiency in Hiring and Interviewing processes, including conducting structured interviews and using assessment tools
- Knowledge of Employer Branding to promote the company's culture and values to potential candidates
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Experience in HR technology and applicant tracking systems is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, especially in high-growth or technology-driven organizations, is an advantage
