We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive with 1+ year of experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles and the location is INDIA ( REMOTE)
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Handle multiple open positions across different functions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
- Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
- Follow up on feedback, offers, and joining processes
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment or staffing
- Experience working on IT and Non-IT roles
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn and other portal
