Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers to identify role requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Additionally, the role includes fostering employer branding initiatives, maintaining recruitment data, and contributing to strategies to attract top talent to the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
- Hands-on experience in Recruiting and Interviewing candidates
- Proficiency in Employer Branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation and attract candidates
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Prior experience in a similar role within the technology, real estate, or proptech sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
