Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in Gurugram. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee recruitment efforts, including full-life cycle recruiting and hiring top talent. Responsibilities include developing and managing employer branding initiatives, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process that aligns with company culture and goals. Collaboration with stakeholders to meet staffing needs will also be a key component of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
- Experience in Hiring and Interviewing candidates
- Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies to attract top talent
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex recruitment challenges
- Previous experience in a fast-paced corporate environment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
