We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to power up our HR team at Navalur, Chennai 🎯

👉 If you have 1–4 years of IT recruitment experience and love finding the right tech talent, this is your chance to grow with us.

Work Hours: 9 AM - 6:30 PM

What you’ll do:

✨ Hunt top tech talent using Naukri, LinkedIn & more.

✨ Be the first touchpoint for candidates joining Soft Suave.

✨ Manage end-to-end hiring and close positions on time.

✨ Build a strong pipeline of brilliant tech minds.

What we need:

✔️ 1–4 years in IT recruitment.

✔️ Hands-on with Naukri, LinkedIn & various other portals.

✔️ Strong communication + people skills.

✔️ Female candidates only (diversity initiative)
