Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role located in Haldwani. The specialist will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires. Additional responsibilities include enhancing employer branding, building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with organizational objectives. The role will also involve creating a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting practices
• Proficiency in Interviewing and candidate assessment techniques
• Experience in Hiring and onboarding processes
• Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies and implementation
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Required Expereince

6-8 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisiton & Recruitment
